Ivvora
Methodology

A consistent framework for comparing hiring markets.

Ivvora normalizes country-specific payroll and employment information so very different markets can be evaluated using the same structure.

Data structure

Each market is represented using common fields such as employer burden, mandatory compensation, minimum paid leave, contract structure, severance considerations and relevant local authorities.

Current cost estimate

The current planning estimate shown in the Ivvora Cost Explorer begins with annual base salary and adds the headline employer burden stored for that market.

Where the current dataset identifies a mandatory 13th-month salary, one additional month of base salary is included.

Planning estimate
= Base salary
+ Headline employer burden
+ Mandatory 13th-month salary where applicable

What is not yet included

The current estimate does not automatically include EOR fees, foreign-exchange spreads, security deposits, severance exposure, insurance, salary-specific contribution caps, local exemptions or every sector-specific payroll rule.

These factors may materially change a real employer cost and will be added only when the underlying calculation can be modeled with sufficient confidence.

Sources

Ivvora aims to prioritize official government and statutory authorities, followed by established professional tax and employment references where primary-source material is difficult to interpret consistently.
